The Yu Yuphoria smartphone, which was launched in India back in May this year and is currently an Amazon exclusive, will go on open sale next week from July 21 to July 23.
The company, which is a Micromax subsidiary, also revealed that more than 100,000 'Made in India' units of the handset will be available for purchase in the sale.
Specs-wise, the Yuphoria is powered by a quad-core 1.2 Ghz Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 SoC, and sports a 5-inch 720p Gorilla Glass 3 display. It comes with 2GB of RAM and 16 GB built-in storage, features 8MP rear- and 5MP front camera, and packs in a 2230 mAh battery. The INR 6,999 ($110) handset recently received the Cyanogen OS 12.1 update.
